We publish specifications people rely on to maintain their cars, so errors matter more here than on most websites.

Found an error? Email info@dragonautoguide.com with the page URL and the issue. If you can cite a source (your owner’s manual, a dealer document, a part label), include it — it speeds verification.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge within 2 business days.
2. The claim is re-checked against primary sources by our technical reviewer.
3. If confirmed, the page is corrected and its last verified date updated. Material corrections are noted on the page.
4. You get a reply telling you the outcome — including if we conclude the original figure was right.

Published corrections

• 20 August 2026 — Chery Tiggo 7 generations (Australia): our Tiggo 7 hub initially described the current Australian petrol range as “1.6T DCT (2WD & AWD)”, following the naming on Chery’s official service-pricing page. Government Green Vehicle Guide data shows two generations sold side by side: the Tiggo 7 Pro 1.6T (2023–2025, 95 RON) and the new Tiggo 7 1.5T (2025-on, 91 RON). The hub now presents both, including the fuel-grade difference. Corrected same day.
• 21 August 2026 — BYD service-schedule totals: five BYD schedule pages briefly showed hand-typed multi-service totals that disagreed with the sum of the listed prices (largest error: $1,000 on the Sealion 7). Our programmatic verification caught the mismatch within minutes of publication; all five totals now equal the sum of the rows shown. The per-service prices themselves were correct throughout.
• 22 August 2026 — GWM Ora recall coverage: our GWM recalls tracker stated the Ora had “zero Australian recalls to date”. That was wrong: recall REC-005843 (December 2023, 1,659 cars) covers a charging-safety software fault — unplugging the cable without cancelling the charge can draw an electrical arc. The recall predates our tracker’s launch and was missed in the original registry sweep; a re-verification pass found it. The tracker and the Ora guidance now include it, and our weekly recall check has been widened to sweep the full official registry listing — not just per-model searches — so an omission of this kind is caught structurally, not by luck.
