Daniel specialises in the diagnosis, servicing and repair of Chinese vehicles — petrol, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and fully electric. His work centres on accurate fault diagnosis: electrical and electronic systems, engine and transmission faults, vehicle networks, battery and charging systems, and modern driver-assistance technology.

He has hands-on experience across MG, BYD, Chery, GWM/Haval, Geely, Changan, GAC, JAC, Jetour, Exeed, Leapmotor, NIO, XPeng and Zeekr, with particular depth in ECU/CAN-bus diagnostics, BMS and high-voltage systems, and fault-code and live-data analysis.

His approach, in his own words: good diagnostics start with understanding the vehicle and the symptoms rather than replacing parts by trial and error — and when a problem cannot be confirmed from the available information, say so rather than present a guess as a diagnosis.
